If you consent, we may share your personal data with our partners as described in your consent. These may include, for example, concert promoters, theater promoters, and other theaters and movie theaters, so that they can send you recommendations and information relevant to you, or so that they can conduct their own market analysis and service development.
We use IT service providers located outside the EEA. If we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure data protection by entering into contracts.
We may also share anonymized information with our partners for purposes such as market analysis and service development.
How long do we retain personal data?
We store information about you only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or if we are required by law to retain the information. The information will be deleted or anonymized once it is no longer necessary to fulfill that purpose. Below is an overview of how long we store your information:
- Information about you: Ifyou have a user account with us, we will delete your information when you close your account or if you have been inactive for more than 12 months. If you do not have a user account with us, we will delete your information three months after the event took place, unless you ask us to save your information for your next purchase.
- Purchase Information: Ifyou have a user account with us, we store your purchase history for 12 months in your user profile. We delete your card number three months after the event took place, unless you ask us to save the information for your next purchase. We store transaction and payment information for 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
- Information about website usage: Westore information about your use of our websites for up to 6 months.
- Information from partners:Westore any information received from partners for as long as you have an active user account with us or for as long as you have given your consent. We will delete this information if you close your user account or if your user account has been inactive for 12 months.
- Communication:Weretain communications with our customers for three years, unless we need to retain them for a longer period, e.g., in connection with complaints or claims.
- Profiling information: Ifyou have a user account with us, we will delete the information when you cancel your user account or if the user account has been inactive for more than 12 months. We will delete the information earlier if you object to being profiled.
