No. The price you receive at checkout is the amount you pay. We are based in Norway and all prices include VAT for our Norwegian customers. If you live outside Norway, import taxes may apply to your purchase.

We are based at Follummoveien 70i in Hønefoss.

We have a showroom and parts of the production that are open to customers. Here you can look at different materials, products and the production behind our custom parts. This is open by appointment. Get in touch and we'll find a time!

Although we understand your wish, unfortunately we cannot do this. All our products have approximately 20-25 production steps. And the work we do is very time-consuming. We have approximately 80-120 active orders in production at any given time. If we were to send updates on all these orders and steps, this would lead to longer delivery times. Not least, uncovering many of the production steps we have spent great resources and money on. What we have time to show of production will be posted on social media. If you as a customer want photos when your order has been completed, you can of course get this on request. We have several photos and videos of both production and processes on our social media.

Please check the last email sent from us. If you have not received an email that your order has been completed, your order is still in production. Note that the stated delivery time is only an approximate estimate. All our products are handmade, there are many factors to consider. Sometimes we take 5 steps forward but have to take 3 steps back to deliver at the level we want. We want you to get a fantastic product with superior quality. We do not want you as a customer to receive a rushed product. We work as fast as we can so that everyone is satisfied!

GUARANTEE

Our products have a 2-year warranty.

Our warranty covers defects caused by faulty manufacturing. This can be defects such as seams that dissolve, fabric that comes loose, cracks in carbon, peeling and bleaching. Our warranty does not cover products that have been exposed to a lack of maintenance.

shipping/delivery

From the time you have received a notification that your order has been completed, it takes 1-5 working days.

All our products have a delivery time listed in the product description. As almost all of our products are handmade, this is an approximate estimate. Sometimes it can go faster and other times a little slower. REDe days and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. You will receive an email when your order has been completed and shipped.

We use the post and bring. All orders over NOK 2,000 are insured up to NOK 10,000 on you as a customer.

When your order has been completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you download the post office's app, you will also get the tracking in the app automatically.

Don't despair. We help you with this. All packages that we send (over NOK 1000) are insured. If the contents of your package are damaged or the package is lost, you are insured. This insurance is up to NOK 10,000.

Unfortunately, in some cases your order may take longer. This may be due to several factors. Everything with us is handmade and drying times, dust, order volume, temperature and sanding can have an impact. We want you to get a unique and perfect product rather than something rushed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Yes of course! In-stock items can be canceled and refunded as normal. Goods that are made to order or are customer-specific, on the other hand, cannot be canceled and are exempt from the Right of Cancellation Act. This is also in accordance with the purchase conditions. This includes everything from custom steering wheels, moldings and more.

If you want to return an order, you as a customer must pay for the shipping.
