How is the fit of their products?

Our products have a very good fit. We strive to use original parts as the foundation for all our products to ensure the best possible fit.

Can you install the item I purchased from you?

Of course! We are happy to assist you with assembly. Please contact us for booking and prices.

How do I assemble the item I purchased from you?

Under the tab "INSTALLATION" you will find a variety of assemblies. If you need something you cannot find, you can always contact us. There are also countless useful YouTube clips that can help. If you need our assistance, please contact us for prices.

I want a product that I cannot find on the website, what should I do?

Don't worry. We help you find what you are looking for. We create custom parts for all cars. We only list our bestsellers. We also assist you with personal projects!

I want a custom product but I'm unsure what will look good, what should I do?

We are happy to assist you in mapping out your wishes, while also determining what will be "correct" for your car. Contact us!

Will there be customs duties or other fees when I shop with you?

No. The price you are quoted at checkout is the amount you pay. We are based in Norway and all prices include VAT for our Norwegian customers. If you are located outside of Norway, import fees may apply to your purchase.

Can you send me pictures and updates during the production process?

Although we understand your request, we unfortunately cannot accommodate this. All our products go through approximately 20-25 production steps. The work we perform is very time-consuming. We have about 80-120 active orders in production at any given time. If we were to send updates on all these orders and steps, it would lead to longer delivery times. Not to mention that much of the production steps we have invested significant resources and money in would be revealed. What we have time to showcase from production will be posted on social WITHia. How is my order doing?

Please check the latest email sent from us. If you have not received an email that your order is completed, your order is still in production. Please note that the specified delivery time is only an approximate estimate. All our products are handmade, and there are many factors to consider. Sometimes we make 5 steps forward but have to take 3 steps back to deliver at the level we desire. We want you to receive a fantastic product with superior quality. We do not want you, as a customer, to receive a rushed product. We are working as fast as we can to ensure everyone is satisfied!

What is the warranty period on your products?

Our products come with a 2-year warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects due to manufacturing errors. This may include issues such as seams unraveling, fabric coming apart, cracks in carbon, peeling, and fading. Our warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to lack of maintenance, damage caused by acids/chemicals, heat damage, nicotine damage, or external stresses. LZ-Customs evaluates individual cases.

I have managed to damage my product, what should I do?

SHIPPING/DELIVERY


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the time you receive a notification that your order is complete, it takes 1-5 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

All our products have specified delivery times in the product description. Since almost all our products are handmade, this is an approximate estimate. Sometimes it can be faster and other times a bit slower. REDWeekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. You will receive an email when your order is completed and shipped.

Which shipping company do you use?

We use Posten and Bring. All orders over 2000 NOK are insured up to 10,000 NOK for you as the customer.

When will I receive my tracking number?

When your order is completed, you will receive an email along with your tracking number. If you download the Posten app, you will also receive the tracking information in the app automatically.

My item is damaged, what should I do?

Don't worry. We will help you with this. All packages we send (over 1000kr) are insured. If the contents of your package are damaged or the package goes missing, you are insured. This insurance is up to 10,000kr.

My order is taking longer than stated, why?

In some cases, unfortunately, your order may take a little longer. This can be due to several factors. Everything we offer is handmade, and drying times, dust, order volume, temperature, and grinding can all have an impact. We want you to receive a unique and perfect product rather than something that is rushed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, of course! Stocked items can be canceled and refunded as usual. However, items that are made to order or are customer-specific cannot be canceled and are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This is also in accordance with the terms of purchase. This includes all custom steering wheels, lists, and more.

How do I return an order?

How long will it take before I get my money back?

From the time we have received and inspected the item, it takes up to 10 days.

Who pays for the shipping if an item is returned?

If you wish to return an order, you as the customer must pay for the shipping.
