What is the delivery time?

All our products are made to order. You can find the standard delivery time directly on the product page when placing your order.

This is the estimated production time—shipping costs are additional.

Sometimes it goes faster, other times a little slower—especially during busy periods and around holidays

Why does it take so long?

Because this is genuine handcrafted work—not mass-produced goods.

Each steering wheel is built from scratch:

  • Base adjustment
  • Material selection and construction
  • Stitching, carbon fiber, and details
  • Assembly and Quality Control

We prioritize quality over speed—that’s why the end result stands out.

Why are you more expensive than others?

You’re not paying for a standard product—you’re paying for a custom-built product.

Cheaper alternatives are often mass-produced—the difference is noticeable both visually and in terms of quality.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

If you place an order from a country outside Norway, customs duties and taxes may apply.

This is determined by local authorities and is beyond our control.

We recommend checking the regulations in your country before placing an order.

Will this steering wheel fit my car?

Yes—as long as you choose the right model.

All of our steering wheels are based on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) steering wheels and are designed to fit your car perfectly.

Are your products plug-and-play?

Yes. Most of the products we supply are.

The steering wheel is built on the original base and features:

  • Original mounting points
  • Original airbag
  • Original connectors

That means easy installation without any modifications.

Could I damage my car?

No—not if installed correctly.

Improper installation can cause problems, so we recommend:

  • An experienced professional or repair shop if you're unsure

We can also provide guidance if needed.

Can you install it for me?

Yes – we offer installation by appointment.

I'm unsure about the design—what should I do?

That's perfectly normal.

We’ve built thousands of steering wheels and know what works—both visually and practically.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


When will my order be shipped?

Once the product has been manufactured.

You'll receive automatic updates:

  • Order received
  • In production
  • Sent

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Which shipping company do you use?

This varies by country and delivery method.

We always choose a solution that is fast and reliable.

Where is my tracking number?

You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder as well.

My order is delayed—why?

Delays may occur because:

  • High demand
  • Holidays / Public Holidays
  • Production time for handmade products

We always do our best to meet the estimated delivery time

WARRANTY & WARRANTY CLAIMS


What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing defects. These may include issues such as seams coming apart, fabric coming loose, cracks in the carbon fiber, peeling, and fading. Our warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to lack of maintenance, damage caused by acids/chemicals, heat damage, nicotine damage, or external stress. LZ-Customs evaluates individual cases.

What if there is a defect in the product?

Let’s fix that.

Send us photos/videos and a description via the complaint form or contact us—we’ll find a solution.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Since this product is custom-made:

  • Personal preferences (e.g., color choices) are not normally covered
  • Any errors or omissions will, of course, be addressed

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS


Can I cancel my order?

Yes—as long as production hasn't started yet.

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return the product?

Since these are custom-made products, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply.

Exceptions apply in the case of defects or deficiencies, as well as to items in stock.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Any refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the claim has been approved.

Who pays for return shipping?

In case of defects or shortages: We cover the cost
In other cases: The customer covers the cost
